“I have had the honor of working for this man for the past 3+ years. Not only did I admire him for his work ethics but also as a friend. When I spoke, he actually listened and took into account what I had to say. He always encouraged and challenged me to be better. He took a chance with putting me into a higher position and I strived to prove to him and everyone else that he made the right decision. He will be greatly missed at work by many. I pray for his friends and family at this time.”
