He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Smith and Evelyn Smith (Blazer); his siblings, Jesse Jr., Raymond, Bill, Bob, Donna and Judy; and his son Gary Kasper (Shari).
He is survived by: his wife Carol E. Haffenden; his daughter Cynthia Kasper; his grandchildren, Aidan McCoy, Jacob Kasper (Brooke) and Joshua Kasper (Jessica); and his great grandchildren, Hayden Kasper, Autum Kasper, Kace Kasper and Isla Kasper.
