He is survived by: his wife Caroline Parent; his children, Tina Marie Butir (Mike) and Joseph Peter Cannici; his grandchildren, Michael Butir, Lauren Clancy (Ryan), Anthony Butir and Rachael Cannici; and his brother Salvatore Cannici (Rosanne). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
