He was predeceased by: his father Gary Fisk; his grandparents, William, Phebe Fisk and Dorothy Stoker; his father-in-law Roger Streight; and his brother-in-law Bruce Johnson.
He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Ross (Richard); his wife Kim Streight; his children, Kirsten Fisk, Skyler Fisk, Peyton Fisk (Caleb) and Eliza Fisk; his grandchildren, Aviana, Alba, Lila, Thea and Holden; his children, Siena, Elijah Fisk, Aurora Fisk and Christian John Fisk (Zaira); his siblings, Joe Fisk, Andrea Johnson, Kimberly Fisk and Dawn Fisk (Stephanie); his mother-in-law Rita Streight; and his brothers-in-law, Mark Streight (Joanne), James Streight (Kim) and Jonas Streight. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
