He is survived by: his wife Kathy Lynn Moore; his son John Edward Blair III; his sisters, Judy Decker and Linda Decker; his niece Shannon Decker; his goddaughter Jaylea Decker; his niece Angelia Kirk; his great-nephew Christian Kirk; his mother-in-law Carole Moore; and his pet Gertie of Belvidere.
