It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet M. Collins of Belvidere, Illinois, who passed away on November 19, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Janet may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Casimir Jania and Dolores Jania (Gizewski); and her brothers, James and Timothy Jania. She is survived by: her sons, Scott Collins (Tracy) and Kevin Collins; her granddaughters, Liliana and Sierra; and her brother Richard Jania (Susan).
