He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Eldredge and Virginia Eldredge; and his parents-in-law, John and Barbara Gerdau. He is survived by: his wife Lynne; his children, Cameo, Patrick (Tomekia) and Megan Cowart (Steve); his grandchildren, Christina, Jack, Issac, Hunter, Zachery and Payton; his siblings, Elizabeth Ifuku (Frank) and Brian (Kathy); and his brother-in-law Bruce Gerdau (Wanda). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and Cousins.

In Lieu of Flowers Memorials may be made to the VFW Post 2298.
