He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Moore and Lillian Moore (Dial); his grandson Jason Penticoff; and his son-in-law Bob Penticoff. He is survived by: his wife Adelaide Farina (Lyddie); and his children, R. J. Moore (Gwen), Tony Moore (Jackie), Jack Moore (Debbie) and Lisa Penticoff. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
