We are sad to announce that on March 5, 2018 we had to say goodbye to Helen M. Emanuel (Belvidere, Illinois), born in Detroit, Michigan. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mathias Ohlsen and Emma Ohlsen; her son Bryon Emanuel; and her siblings, Louis Ohlsen and Dorothy Stevens.
She is survived by: her spouse Lawrence W. Emanuel; her daughter Joyce Davis (Richard) of Belvidere; her brother James Ohlsen of Matt Ohlsen; her grandchildren, Nicholas Engelsen (Cathy), Jeffrey Davis (Michelle), Michael Davis (Kelly) and Melissa Weaver (Todd); her great grandchildren, Jennifer, Brian, Adam, Hannah, Tyler (Victoria), Madison, Jonathan, Sydney, Charlie, Steven and Matthew; and also Lawrence. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established at a later date in honor of Helen's memory.
