He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Cork and Villa Cork (Smith); and his siblings, Irene Ludwig, Floyd and Glenn Cork.

He is survived by: his wife Teri Cork (Mains); and his children, Kelly Joyes (James), Melissa Creadon (Michael), Kevin Cork (Corinne Petersen), Lauri Hamilton (Sean) and Jennifer Sunderlage (Wade).
