Gloria Elaine Greenhow-Mowers Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gloria Elaine Greenhow-Mowers of Belvidere, Illinois, who passed away on November 7, 2023 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louise Schmidt (Kaltenbach) and Herman Schmidt; her husband Allan Greenhow; her brothers, David and Maynard Schmidt; her siblings-in-law, Willard, Robert, Donald Greenhow, George Fry, Sherry Greenhow and Dory Greenhow; her nieces, Donna, Kris and Karleen; and her nephew Tad.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Collins, Susan Dahlstrom (Steve) and Greg Greenhow (Sherlene); her grandchildren, Kyle Collins (Laura), Adam Collins (Athena), Alex Greenhow and Tania Blegen (Chris); her great grandchildren, Jaxon, Owen and Berkley; her brother Ronald Schmidt (Bernita); and her sisters-in-law, Diana Greenhow and Darlene Fry. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Gloria can be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church.
