He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Peterson of John's Lutheran Church; his daughter Tammy Marie Lamb; and his siblings, Dean, Bette, Stanley, Shirlie, Don and Roger.
He is survived by: his sons, Tom (Ginger) and Tim Schultz (Sandy); his grandchildren, Stephen Schultz (Brenda Samuelson), Michael Schultz, Ashley Fredricksen (Cody), Erik Tremaine (Amanda), Timothy J. Schultz and Jessica Lamb; his great grandchildren, Jessa Rae Schultz, Caelan Fredricksen and Ally Fredricksen; his friends, Wayne Hulstedt, Julie and Gina; and also, Lavonne Spangler, Kevin Craig and Kathy Arnett.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Evangelical Covenant Church or the Donor's Choice.
