He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Gustafson (Schroeder); his wife Sandy Bender; his children, Randi Witte, Benjamin Gustafson (Ashley) and Joey Gustafson; his grandchildren, Krista Gustafson, Bailey Caple and Mason Flores; and his brothers, Clifford Gustafson (Renee) and Dennis Gustafson (Julie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
