Frances M. Sheffer Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances M. Sheffer of Belvidere, Illinois, born in Litchfield, Illinois, who passed away on January 1, 2022 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Martin and Margaret Martin (Baker); her husband Cloyde B. Sheffer (Jim); her brothers, Bradley, Jeffrey, Gregory and Douglas; and her stepson Steven Sheffer.
She is survived by: her sons, Scott Kuntzelman (Cindy) of Concord, NC and Stuart Kuntzelman (Jennifer) of Juda, WI; her sister Beverly Mason (Michael) of Glen Ellyn, IL; her stepchildren, Sarr (Susan), Sherilyn Gould (Doug) of Lawrenceville, NJ, Sarana Rogers (Mark) of Kirbyille, MO and Stewart Sheffer of Marshfield, MO; and her grandchildren, Ryan Kuntzelman, Wade Kuntzelman, Nick Vicari (Lauren), Josiah Gould, Geniva Martin (Bill), Karinne Patel (Pratik), Katie Weitzel (Justin) and Kristin Sheffer. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
To that end, Fran lived a miraculous 33 days after stopping dialysis on Nov 28; cause of death was kidney and heart disease along with complications from Covid 19.
It is requested that donations be made to Village Bible Church of Aurora, Aurora Campus or choice of charity in lieu of flowers.
