He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin C. Wille and Margaret Wille (Behrens); and his wife Helen B. Agassi. He is survived by: his children, Rebeka Wille-Santos (Victor) of Belvidere, IL, Monika Fiduccia (David) of Rockford, IL, Julia Grigsby (David) of Beavercreek, OH and Angela Genz (Brett) of Ruckersille, VA; his grandchildren, Ian Fiduccia (Alisha), Melissa Fiduccia, Ethan Genz, Madeline Genz, Zachary Genz, Josephine Genz, Elijah Grigsby and Mariah Grigsby; his great grandchildren, Elizabet and Malachai; and his siblings, Catherine Robey of Arlington Hts and James Wille (Pam Hayes) of Florida.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be given in care of the Eugene and Helen Wille Human Care Fund at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 1045 Belvidere Rd., Belvidere, IL.
