It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas James Heath (Belvidere, Illinois), born in Elgin, Illinois, who passed away on April 29, 2018, at the age of 32, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Danielle Heath; his children, Cole Heath of Belvidere, Malachi Heath of Belvidere, Hunter Heath of Belvidere and Anniston Heath of Belvidere; his father Daniel Heath of Poplar Grove; his brother Daniel Heath (Nicole); his grandparents, Janice Withey of Haines City, Daniel Heath (Karen) of Osseo and Gordon Austin of Mission; his mother Julie Heath; his father-in-law Steven Paoli; his grandparents, Jerry Withey, Diane Austin and Sarah Chapin; and also, Rhonda Paoli and Daniel Lynn of Cherry Valley. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Doug's memory to the Rosecrance Foundation.
