He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Fisher (Warschkow) and David Fisher. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Keeney; his children, Karla Hart (Cecil) and Jeffrey A. Fisher; his grandsons, Dustin Fisher, Jeffrey Hart and Shawn Hart; his great grandchildren, Ben and Quinn Hart; his brother Paul Fisher; his siblings-in-law, Karen Bendickson and Gerald Keeney (Sue); his son Douglas Fisher; his sisters, Darlene Inman (Bob), Jenetta Dodge and Margaret Mack (Dick); and his siblings-in-law, Phyllis Endress, Sharon Keeney, Beverly Krause (Jack), Harold Keeney, Ron Keeney (Joyce) and Glenn Keeney Jr.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
