He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Blazer (Rhodes) and Howard Blazer; his son Joseph; and his siblings, Gene, Kay, Bill, Ronny "Ron" Blazer, Gladys Larkinsons and Howard Blazer.
He is survived by: his close friend Essie; his children, Brandon and Rebekah; and his siblings, Terry, Tim, Rick and Karen Blazer. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren and multiple nieces, nephews, and extended family members and friends.
