She is survived by: her parents, Donald Amenda of Rockford, IL and Judith Amenda of Rockford, IL; her daughters, Kristine Gentry (Thomas) of West Plains, MO and Diana Slager (Dustin) of West Plains, MO; her siblings, Jerry Amenda (Jennifer) and JoEllen O'Neil (Dan) of Rockford, IL; her grandchildren, Andru Slager (Jamie) of West Plains, MO, Jason Johnsen Jr. of Cherry Valley, IL and Burnie Slager; her great grandchild Jadynce Slager of West Plains, MO; and also Eugene Amenda (Ruth) of Winnebago, IL. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
