He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Richter and Lorretta Richter; his grandson DJ Richter; and his sister Sharon McCormick. He is survived by: his wife Pat Richter; his children, Kevin Richter (Linda), Brenda Richter and Kristin Richter-Tope (Barton); and his brother Dan Richter. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
