He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Bue and Alma Bue. He is survived by: his sisters, Jen Evans (Steve) and Julie Boxleitner (Mike); his nephews, Scott Evans (Kate) and Craig Evans; his niece Michelle Boxleitner; his great-nephews, Drew and Graham Evans; and his close friend Patricia Roberts.
