He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Bell (Manrose) and Charles Bell; his wife Nancy Bell; his son Robert Bell; his grandson Tyler Stowers; his great grandchild Lydia Orcutt; and his sister Jean DeVries.
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Behrends and Brenda Stowers; his stepdaughter Dawn Chavez; and his brothers, John Bell and Richard Bell. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.
