Charles A. McComb Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles A. McComb of Belvidere, Illinois, who passed away on February 8, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell McComb and Leona McComb; his spouse Shirley A. Erickson; his son Gregory; and his grandsons, Bryan and Christopher.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael W. (Frances) and Jeffrey C. McComb; his siblings, Rich McComb (Joanie), Adrian McComb (Donna), Elizabeth Stupak and Penny Koeppler (Bob); and his sisters-in-law, HuiSun McComb, Elaine Thurman (Lee) and Fran Cooperrider. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Miller Funeral Home (504 W Main St, West Dundee, IL 60118). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at the same location.
