He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kemp and Zelma Marie Kemp; his siblings, Donald, Harry, Dorothy Clapper, Florence Rose, Grace and Jeanne; and his pets, Snoopy and Trixie.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debra A. Berard (Thomas), Linda L. Reed (Donald) and Ronna L. Kemp; his grandchildren, Jason Tornero (Yolanda) and Kylee Reed; his great grandchild Dylan Tornero; and his wife Dorothy Ann Cole.
