She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Zuilek; and her sister Pamela Zuilek-Streff. She is survived by: her husband Dana Selpien; her mother Virginia Sargis Zuilek; her brother Joe Zuilek (Kathy Cote-Zuilek); her cousins, Connie Sargis Taylor, Nicky Sargis and Tony Sargis Ziulek; her nephew Ben Zuilek; and her nieces, Megan Zuilek, Samantha Wasilewski and Nicole Johns.
