She is survived by: her husband Roger Ainsworth; her son Shawn Ainsworth (Trudi); her grandchildren, Alexandra Beranek (Adam), Jenna Ainsworth (Tyler Preston) and Kendyl Ainsworth; her siblings, Jerry Lugar and Nitelle Lading (Dennis); and her pet Casey. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
