He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harriett Macdonald (Porter) and Thomas Macdonald; his wife Mary Ann Coppernoll; his family Scottish; his children, Michele Gendron (Paul), Jeffrey Macdonald (Teresa) and Angela Hofstetter (Rob); his grandchild Ashley Hancock (Brad); his great grandchildren, Morgan, Micah and Merrick; his cousin Betty; and his friends, Bill and Betty Doran.
Bruce and Mary donated many hours, with Post 272 members, putting together care packages for the enlisted, collecting items for Veterans in nursing homes and performing Honor Guard duties.
