He is survived by: his children, Shayleigh Nelson (Craig) and Tristan Stumpf (Karen Pineda); his parents, Donita Bast (Matt "Gus") and David Stumpf (Carol); his grandfather Jerry Bast (Alice); his siblings, Toby Stumpf (Lisa), Erica and Sarah Hermann; his granddaughters, Mia, Ava and Sophia Nelson; and his close friend Michelle Kamholtz. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
A reception was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Anderson Funeral and Cremation Services (218 W Hurlbut Ave, Belvidere, IL 61008).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Les Turner Foundation in his honor.
