He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Thomas and Illa Lenora Clark (Wenzel); and his brothers, Tommy, Ronnie Clark and Gordon Clark.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Kathy Blackmer (Kathy), Keith Clark (Nancy), Heidi Loofboro (Jerret) and Christopher Clark; and his caregivers, Dena Wenger, Julie Christiansen and Bruce. He is also survived by great- great nieces and nephews and multiple cousins.
