He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Bednar and Viola Bednar (Slatinsky). He is survived by: his wife Kimberley Bednar; his son David Bednar (Abagail); his grandchildren, Evan and Madeline Bednar; and his brother Richard Bednar (Karen). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
