He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Teresa; his children, Desirée Pepper (Kenneth Venzant), DeShona Pepper (Alex Robertson), Donovan Pepper (Heidi Waltner) and Col. Devin Pepper (Alicia); his parents, Playne and Vivian; and his grandchildren, Maimuna Venzant, Tacuma Venzant, William Robertson, Dakota Pepper, Dillon Pepper, Madilyn "Madi" Pepper and Lukas "Luke" Pepper.
