She was predeceased by: her sibling K. V. John; and her siblings-in-law, P. I. Zachariah, P. I. Phillips and Mariamma. She is survived by: her spouse P. I. Jacob; her children, Suma Jacob and Samuel Jacob; her son-in-law Eric Zylstra; her grandchildren, Priyanka Jacob Zylstra and Ashoka Jacob Zylstra; her siblings, George Oommen, Sheela George, Thomas Oommen, Rachel Thomas and Acamma John; and her siblings-in-law, Alice and Santha.
Due to Covid-19, Masks must be worn at all times at church and cemetery.
