It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Richter (Belleville, Illinois), who passed away on February 25, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father James L. Richter; and his mother-in-law Bonnye Gipson. He is survived by: his wife Toni; his daughters, Katie Gregory (Stephen) and Mandy Merckel (KC); his grandchildren, Emery Gregory, Aurelia and Milo Merckel; his mother Verna Jean; his brothers, David J. Richter, Richard A. Richter (Donna) and Kevin J. Richter (Sandy); his father-in-law Jim Gipson; his aunts, Pat Gruenewald and Loyce Williams; his brother-in-law Dan Gipson (Mikki); and his cousin Ann Radil (Dave). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
