She was predeceased by: her parents, Hillard H. Owens and Elvira Owens (Mueth). She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Lee Hagee (Gordon) of Reidsville, NC, Stephen E. Owens of Williamsburg, VA and David J. Owens of New Athens, IL. She is also survived by five nieces and nephews and eight great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Agatha Catholic Church (549 Mill St, New Athens, IL 62264). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
