It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rose Koerner of Belleville, Illinois, who passed away on January 13, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Rose Koerner to show support.
She was predeceased by: her husband William H. Koerner; her parents, Walter C. Vernier and Amelia Vernier; and her siblings, Florence Tobias, Virginia Brandt, Mary Helfrich and James Vernier.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Koerner (Fini) and Sharon Carrico (Larry); and her grandchildren, Finy Shirley (Matt), Dennis Koerner (Meredith), Steven Carrico, Nicki Carrico (Andrew Fouratt) and Kelly Martin (Doug). She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Henry Catholic Church (5315 W Main St, Belleville, IL 62226). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, in honor of her husband, William Koerner.
