Costello of Belleville, Illinois, born in East Saint Louis, Illinois, who passed away on November 25, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Cailyn G. Thompson; and his siblings, Delores Gonzalez, Patricia Lindsay, Joseph Costello and Daniel Costello, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Patrice; his daughters, Teresa R. Thompson (Mike) and Jessica M. Mader (Matt); his grandchildren, Madeline Thompson, Jacqueline J. Thompson, Ashlynn G. Thompson, Finley M. Mader, Riley P. Mader and Wesley D. Mader; and his brother Congressman Jerry Costello (Georgia). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
