He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Karen Denise Lewis-Esters; his children, Shawna Hodges (Charron), Stephon Esters (Tanika), Michael Henry Esters Jr., Olivia Lewis, Samantha Lewis and Nicholas Lewis; his stepdaughters, Yolanda Lewis, Jessica Lewis and Margo Lewis; and his siblings, Shirley Bowens (Roy), Karen Franks (Calvin) and Calvin Esters. He was also cherished by fourteen grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and friends.
