In loving memory of Mary Anne Pietroburgo of Belleville, Illinois, born in Coral Gables, Florida, who departed this world on January 4, 2025 at the age of 89. Mary Anne leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent Lt. Cmdr; and her sisters, Geraldine Rokos (Michael) and Margaret Baeyen (Robert). She is survived by: her husband Jasper "Jay" Pietroburgo; and her children, Robert A. Pietroburgo (Julie), Julia A. Overstreet (Robert), John J. Pietroburgo (Sandra), James T. Pietroburgo (Sheila) and William J. Pietroburgo (Lola). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law; and many dear nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Teresa Catholic Church (1201 Lebanon Ave #4095, Belleville, IL 62221).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Boys Town, Salvation Army, or St. Teresa Catholic Church.
