She was predeceased by: her parents, Webster F. Severit and Ethel E. Severit (Schaefer); and her brother Terry Severit. She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Weyenberg of Belleville, IL, Nicole Cobb (Craig) of Greeley, CO and Stephanie Reilmann (Corey) of Swansea, IL; her grandchildren, Elicia Cobb and Jordan Cobb; and her great grandchild Ivy Nicole.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Valhalla Gardens (3412 Frank Scott Pkwy W, Belleville, IL 62223).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Joyce's name can be given to the Belleville Humane Society.
