She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas L. Matysik; her parents, Bernard Baro and Norma Baro-Heinzmann; her parents-in-law, Leo and Theodora Matysik; and her brother-in-law Daniel Matysik.
She is survived by: her children, Lynne Engelage (Christopher) of Mascoutah, IL and Brian Matysik (Gina) of Cape Girardeau, MO.; her granddaughters, Paige and Heidi Engelage of Mascoutah, IL.; and her sister Nancy Eichacker of Manchester, MO..
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Augustine of Canterbury Catholic Church (1910 W Belle St, Belleville, IL 62226). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
