He is survived by: his friend John Fischer; his wife Mary E.; his son Captain John F. "Jack" Kelley; his sisters, Mary K. Lemons (David Walvoord) of Peoria, IL, Sara Jacobsen (Robert) of Peoria, IL and Dr. Kathleen Kelley (Raphael Lee) of Chicago, IL; his aunt Ruth Burling; his siblings-in-law, Joe Hickey (Ginny), Mike Hickey, Pat Hickey, Dan Hickey, Jim Hickey (Kelly), Chuck Hickey (Charleen) and Susan Hickey; and also Burling.
