George R. Pappas Sr. Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of George R. Pappas Sr. of Belleville, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 28, 2024 at the age of 79. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of George R. Pappas Sr. to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James C. Pappas, and Lynn Pappas, Sr. (Krauss); his son Pioquinto "PJ" Pappas; and his brother James C. Pappas, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Josephine Pappas (Narvaez); his children, George Pappas, Jr., Josephine Pappas and Sarah Kuehl (Daniel); his grandchildren, Jazmine Jenkins, Deandre Jenkins, Jr., Isaiah Jenkins, Tonetta Jenkins, Ronald McCray, Joshua McCray, Kayla Kuehl, Derek Kuehl and Isaac Kuehl; and his great grandchild Dante Ellis. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and beloved friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hoffen Funeral Home (220 W Washington St, Millstadt, IL 62260). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
