With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donna Forness of Belleville, Illinois, who passed away on August 14, 2023 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Donald (Delores). She is survived by: her brothers, Michael Forness (Jan) and Daniel Forness; and her niece Jayme Elkins. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, aunts, and uncles.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to S.A.V.E. or St. Mary Catholic Church, Belleville, IL.
