She was predeceased by: her parents, Conrad Goeddel and Anna Marie Goeddel (Miller); and her sister Jean Branham (David). She is survived by: her children, Ricky Temple Jr. (Jennifer MacGregor) of Twin Lakes, WI and Melissa Temple (Josh Perkinson) of Belleville, IL; her grandchildren, Dylan Temple (Jolie Stelmaszek) and Kayla Temple; her great grandchild Wayne Temple; her sisters, Joyce Turk (Bill Cantrell) of Dallas, TX, Pam Carroll of Olney, IL, Brenda Goeddel of Belleville, IL and Patricia Wright of Caseyville, IL; and her brothers-in-law, Rodney Temple (Lydia) of Hopkinsville, KY and Rex Temple of Hopkinsville, KY. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial donations may be made to the Metro East Humane Society, as Debbie loved all animals.
