He was predeceased by : his parents, Albert and Hazel. He is survived by : his wife Geneie Dowling; his daughters, Sarah Dowling of St. Louis, MO and Kaitlyn Dowling (Jacob Douglas) of Kansas City, MO; his brother Michael Dowling (Barbara) of Sioux Falls, SD; his sisters-in-law, Debra Williamson and Tina Williamson; and his nieces, Leah Davis (Blake) of Loveland, CO and Megan Dowling of Sioux Falls, SD..

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 27th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Venice Social Club (4168 IL-162, Granite City, IL 62040).
