She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence Gallagher; and her parents, Fred (Monica) and Mensing. She is survived by: her sisters, Ruth Dye (Robert) and Debra Mensing; her nephew Douglas Dye; and her nieces, Karalee Dye Holifield and Kristen Dye. She is also survived by three great nephews; stepchildren; step-grandchildren; and step-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Henry Catholic Church (5315 W Main St, Belleville, IL 62226). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
