It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice Cannady of Belleville, Illinois, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on January 18, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Augustine of Canterbury Catholic Church (1910 W Belle St, Belleville, IL 62226). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 11:15 AM at the same location.

Memorials may be made to Benedictine Living Community at the Shrine, donations can be made payable to, "At the Shrine Greatest Needs Fund" or to St. Augustine of Canterbury Catholic Church, Belleville, IL.
