It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Frank Wilson of Belle Rive, Illinois, born in Mount Vernon, Illinois, who passed away on April 8, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elisha Wilson and Viola Wilson (Gnevo); his siblings, Delores Fairchild, Mary Jane Dees and Ronald Wilson; and his siblings-in-law, Paul Ward Hamson, Dennis Ray Hamson, Elmer Lavern Hamson and Mary Kathryn Pierce.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Wilson (Hamson); his sons, Todd Wilson of Irvington and Doug Wilson (Denise) of Mount Vernon; his siblings, Bill Wilson, Rosalie Faulkner, Charlie Wilson, Danny Wilson, Jr., Kathy Boone and Nancy Hackett; and his sister-in-law Vivian Scott. He is also survived by four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
Memorials may be made in Frank's honor to the Alzheimer's Association.
