It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathy Marie Oliger of Belle Rive, Illinois, born in East Saint Louis, Illinois, who passed away on September 10, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Hopp and Velma Hopp (Bigham); and her brothers, Terry, Donnie and Harold Hopp, Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Owen Oliger; her children, Patrick Oliger of Mount Vernon, Melissa Dye of Belle Rive and Chelsea Wells (Terry) of Bonnie; and her brother Joel Hopp (Eva) of Pinkneyville. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in Kathy's honor to Grothoff Cemetery.
