Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Iris Marie Duncan of Belle Rive, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 89, on June 20, 2022. She was predeceased by: her parents, Chris Herdibu and Majora Herdibu (Scrivner); her husband George Duncan; her grandparents, Hugh and Grayce Scrivner; her uncle Foster Scrivner (Helen); her cousin Ronald F. Scrivner; her grandparents, Alexander and Katherine Herdibu; her aunts, Lizzie Hoeffner, Margaret Wagner (Joe) and Ann Platt; her niece Sharon Gowler; her great-nephew Tim Gowler; and her close friends, Norma, Glenn Gowler, Rose Irvin and Nada Upchurch.
She is survived by: her nephew David Scrivner (Linda); her nieces, Carloyn Cross (Bill) and Andrea Morgan (Kris); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Steve Cross (Lori), Meleah Walton (Brett), Ryan Cross (Liz), Kara Belangee, Christy Huse (Doug), Mallory Welch (Chad), Wade Scrivner (Tara), Courtney Royer (Brandon), Kristopher Morgan, Andrew Morgan, Lacie Trotter (Matt), Tonya Wallace (Myron), Morgan Gowler, Sue Sal (Larry), Steve McNeal (Carol), David McNeal (Melinda), Jan Isaacs (Al) and Larry Gowler; and also, Dennis Richards (Colleen), Jason Richards, Kevin Rainwater (Jamie) and Cherlyn Wilkey.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Iris' honor to the Belle Rive Baptist Church.
